Jakarta Tuition Center provides tutoring services (in-person and/or online) according to the chosen session package. Schedules and tutors may adjust based on availability from time to time.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration data and keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
Payment for session packages follows the issued invoice. The session cancellation/reschedule policy, as well as refund terms, follows [the official cancellation policy in effect] and can be confirmed via WhatsApp.
You may not misuse this portal, including attempting to access other users' data without permission or using the service for purposes outside of tutoring.
All teaching materials, curriculum, and content provided through Jakarta Tuition Center's services belong to Jakarta Tuition Center and may not be distributed to other parties without permission.
Jakarta Tuition Center strives to maintain the best possible service quality, but is not responsible for disruptions beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, power outages) that affect the tutoring schedule.
We may update these terms and conditions as well as the form of our services from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through this site.
